Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between TRS and TRRS?

TRS plugs have 3 contacts (left, right, ground) for stereo audio. TRRS plugs have 4 contacts and add a microphone channel, as used on phone headsets. A TRS to TRRS adapter lets the two work together.

What is an OTG adapter?

OTG (On-The-Go) lets a phone or tablet act as a host for USB devices, so you can plug in a flash drive, keyboard, card reader or USB microphone.

What warranty do Hridz adapters have?

All Hridz adapters are backed by a 12-month Hridz warranty against manufacturing defects.
